NIECE training personnel are dedicated to the early childhood profession. Each Trainer/Assessor possesses qualifications and experience in the early childhood field. They understand the "real world" childcare environment and draw on their experience, as well as current practices, to enhance every student's learning and development. Upon enrolment each student is assigned a Trainer/Assessor who provides support and guidance in relation to assessment requirements and academic and career counseling and career pathways.
